• Video Editing and Production
• Graphic Design and Branding

Note: We exclusively serve businesses located in the United States of America.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary materials, content, and approvals
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used in the creation of your project.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

• The number of included revisions will be specified in your project agreement
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes may require a new quote

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you share with us during the course of our engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velovid Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

• You are responsible for payment for work completed
• Any deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We will provide any completed work up to the termination date

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors). You agree to comply with their terms of service as applicable.

11. Partnership with Digital Media Cube

Certain marketing services are provided through our partnership with Digital Media Cube, a California-based company. By engaging these services, you also agree to their terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
